7 am: Wake up from a deep, eight hours of sleep.
7:30 am: Have a delicious breakfast of oatmeal, white toast with the crusts cut off, skim milk, and an apple.
8 am: Walk his two golden retrievers around the block while listening to his favorite Ipod playlist featureing Cher, Barbard Streisand, Alana Morrissette, and Kenny G.
8:45 am: Hit the gym for morning lift.
10 am: Cardio hour.
11 am: Watch Price is Right.
11:55 am: Against very high odds, he guesses the price of both showcases correctly.
12 pm: Lunch of a large ham and cheese sandwich with potato salad, mixed salad of iceberg lettuce, sliced carrots, cherry tomatoes, and diced cucumbers with Ranch dressing. He washes it all down with a tall glass of Diet Coke.
1 pm: Afternoon nap.
2 pm: Wakes from nap.
2-2:15 pm: Lies in bed mentally focusing for the upcoming afternoon.
2:15-2:41 pm: Meditates lying down.
2:41-2:58 pm: Finishes his mental exercises.
2:59 pm: Kicks out of bed.
3 pm: Puts together his bag needed for tonight's show. Can't forget.
3:30 pm: Drives to the venue for the night's show.
4:15 pm: Arrives at arena. Parks car.
4:25 pm: Walks into the arena arm in arm with Vince McMahon.
4:30 pm: Takes up shop in his locker with the boys. He dumps all his unused stuff in Ryder's locker.
5:00 pm: Production meeting.
6:00 pm: Practices his many maneuvers in the mirror with his agent for the night (sorry Finlay).
6:05 pm: Dinner of unmarinated, grilled chicken, a baked potato, steamed green beans, and a glass of ice water.
7:00 pm: Says a prayer to his deity of choice: Secure The Finish.
8:00 pm: Showtime.
