In WWE today, the roster is filled by talent with uncanny wrestling ability and deserve their chance at the top.

As we all know by now, that's not possible.

For a whole roster to get their chance at glory does sound fair, but would take away the importance of a title shot or a higher spot on the card.

Many superstars are frustrated by this fact, and occasionally leave the company and look for a land of opportunity.

For example, Christian was a featured star in WWE in the early-mid 2000's, but never reached the height of a main eventer.

Once Christian left the WWE, he looked to TNA as a chance at being a main eventer and did so by winning the NWA World Heavyweight Championship multiple times and became a centerpiece for TNA television.

Once finishing up at TNA, he was at a level he had never been in before, making him a much more valuable asset to the WWE, gaining him 4 world title reigns when returning to the company in 2009.

If Christian had never gone to TNA, he would not have the legacy he has now as a singles competitor nor the experience of being at the top of the card.

Others who experienced the same including Gail Kim, Jeff Hardy, Kurt Angle, Jeff Jarrett, Ethan Carter III, and the list goes on have felt a resurgence in their careers and found a place where they are valued.

TNA, although been slacking lately, knows quality talent when they have it and could really help a superstar's career if they are not happy with their position in the company.

Superstars like Adam Rose, Emma, Cesaro, Big E, Bo Dallas, Damien Sandow, Curtis Axel, and Ryback could surely benefit from star treatment they deserve if they really wanted it.

They could be a centerpiece for TNA for the remainder of their careers or use it as a way back WWE's attention on them.

If WWE doesn't want someone, TNA is their wrestling haven.
