Is John Cena really that bad?

Throughout the years, wrestling recycles itself over and over reusing storylines and sometimes even characters. Every era has a single wrestler that people look at and say "that's the guy". Well this era is no different as this era's "guy" is John Cena.

Cena won his first title over 9 years ago and still continues to dominatein.ith 10 plus championships to his name. Many fans believr Cena is the modern day Hulkster complete with the physique, comebacks, and charisma. Though WWE has tried to stuff Cena down our throats, the fans haven't accepted him the same way they did with Hulk in the 80's. Actually it has been the complete opposite has most fans now resent Cena. But, is Cena really that bad?

The vast majority of wrestling bloggers have pointed at Cena when asked what wrestler shouldn't be at the top. In fact, most bloggers think that Cena is a terrible wrestler(which in itself is crazy). But what most people don't get, is that Cena is actually a credible athlete and wrestler.

I mean, just look, in the past 4 years how many bad matches has Cena really put on? And if you find a bad match, look at his opponent to see whether it was because of him or the opponent that the match was bad. Look at the two matches he had with the Rock. The Rock hadn't wrestled a match in 8 years and they still had a fairly decent natch, at least a match most people were invested in. So before you point the finger at John Cena for being a bad "wrestler" think about the opponents he's faced whenever he's put on a bad match
