The S3: Vote for Best Performer of the 2013-14 Season, Week 51

Join in a discussion with your fellow internet fans about the past week in pro wrestling: who entertained us the most, and why!

Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what's going on in pro wrestling - The Smark's Shoot Standings (S3) are where YOU let us know YOURS.

Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the three performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.

We also have the outcome of last week's voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for Performer of the Year.

Remember, the Standings are for the previous week's nationally televised pro wrestling shows - the March 24th episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, Tuesday/Wednesday night's Main Event, the Thursday, March 27th edition of TNA Impact, and the WWE SmackDown that aired on March 28th.

Make YOUR mark, smarks!

Great. Like he needed another reason to drone on and on...

All your major WrestleMania angles getting some love, and none more than the power couple who beat the holy heck out this year's annual winner.

Also worth noting that the James Storm and Gunner angle is getting mad love from poll and comment voters. Maybe TNA is on to something with a logical story that pays off in tried-and-true fashion?

The S3: 2013-14, Week 50

1. Triple H
2. Stephanie McMahon

3. Bray Wyatt
4. Seth Rollins
5. Gunner

6. John Cena
7. James Storm

8. Christian
9. Daniel Bryan
10. AJ Lee

Points in our weekly Standings determine our annual list - full details on rules and scoring HERE.

Most of the annual ten were idle in your voting last week, with only the seven, eight, nine spots increasing their total, and only Bray Wyatt moving up one place due to a strong week 50.

The S3 Performer of the Year - through the Week Ending March 22

1. Daniel Bryan - 315 points
2. Dean Ambrose - 156.1

3. Bobby Roode - 154.08

4. CM Punk - 135.1

5. Cesaro - 130.75
6. Roman Reigns - 129.25

7. Seth Rollins - 124.5

8. Bray Wyatt - 115

9. AJ Lee - 111.87

10. Paul Heyman - 87.5

Last week's happenings can be found in the pertinent Cageside Seats' section for each show. Raw, Main Event, Smackdown, and Impact..

Our survey requesting feedback on how to handle streaming content in the upcoming THIRD season of YOUR S3, among other topics, remains open for another few days. Later this week, we'll have a separate post with all the details for 2014-15's edition of YOUR Standings.

We can tell you know that next week, we'll be asking for YOUR Votes twice in rapid succession: once for the usual Sunday through Saturday period and once for a special WrestleMania poll to close the season. Both will probably fly down the page on our busiest days of the year, so be on the lookout. Breakdowns of the whole season will follow.
