Last week I didn't do the rankings but don't fear after really thinking about abandoning them for another form of review for Impact they won out and are here to stay. There will be a change before the rankings were continued off each week, meaning if Kurt was number 2 a week where he didn't appear wouldn't drop him off completely just a couple of spots, now they will be completely different new rankings each week although I will still mention their previous position the week before(starting next week) and if that confused you, it simply means the someone could be number 1 one week and number 7 the next.

10.The Bro-Mans and DJ Zema

You're Probably thinking, SPA how do 3 guys take one spot on the rankings, right? I say don't question things, that's why, but seriously they are a legit stable and so I think much like tag teams they take a single spot on the rankings. Now they've earned this spot on back to back week despite losing, they make the matches they are in fun, admittedly I wish these three were doing more then just jobbing especially DJ Zema but for now I guess I just have to enjoy them making others look good.

9.Gail Kim

Gail and Madison worked hard to make their short and seemingly random street fighter work. While it didn't make complete sense I won't complain fully about getting specialty matches on TV especially between knockouts, which is necessary to make the declaration that they aren't just there for eye candy. Hard work and a busted nose earned Gail this spot easily.

8.Bad Influence

I wish I could put Bad Influence higher but lately much like the Bro-Mans they've been reduced to fodder for other acts both tag team and singles, which is frustrating to watch but they do it good, I will admit I was kinda let down by the Wolves and Bad Influence match but that's because it wasn't given nearly the time, focus or build it should have been given. But I can't fault Kaz or Daniels for that they did their part when out and worked hard and made the match fun while it lasted.

7.James Storm

Storm played his part well in the backstage segment with Roode and I had to control my body from marking out while Roode and Storm talked and Beer Money flashbacks were constantly popping into me head and then later in the main event he turned on Gunner and FINALLY is gonna be something different and at the perfect time for him because he's been stale since the Roode program. I find it funny Storm is going heel while it seems Roode is turning to the face team.

6. MVP

MVP fits into his role well and it now comes down to whether or not his team can win at Lockdown because if it doesn't I really wonder if he stays in TNA as an active wrestler, either way if he stays as an authority figure mostly its not so bad because his mic work has been pretty good and he pulls off the authority role well.

5.Gunner

Gunner should really thank the TNA production team who put together that fantastic video on his background, because it made me care more about Gunner than I ever have and for good reason. They told his story well and was better than any promo could have been in explaining why the title match was such a big deal for him. Now onto the main event, it was one of the better Magnus title matches in my opinion and both men worked hard and it was fairly decent. Now he has James Storm waiting for him at Lockdown and when those two clash in the cage I think its going to be some fun violence.

4.Magnus

I feel sorry for Magnus because no matter how much hard work he puts in in this situation, it can not outdue how horribly he is booked as the Champ. Since becoming champ I don't think he's won a single match cleanly, he did have a decent match with Gunner because both men worked hard but he was a complete afterthought in favor of James Storm and it makes me wonder if its building towards something and if not how long can they keep this up before people just stop caring about the title, much like in WWE where the title is on a guy the fans barely care about.

3.The American Wolves

The Wolves as expected have wasted no time in becoming one of the most interesting parts of Impact each week, and right now pretty much look like the best tag team in TNA. I love everything about them, their tag moves and matching attire they just have this feel of an actual tag team that Bad Influence also has and I want more of them every week.....so TNA stop giving them matches that are barely 5 minute ok fuckers??? Sincerely SPA

2.Samoa Joe

Much like the Wolves with the tag titles, Samoa Joe is quickly one again looking like the best wrestler on the roster and yet he doesn't have the title while someone with significantly less momentum and interest keeps the title for a bit longer. This week in the usual Samoe Joe badassery he beat 3 guys on his own......3 GUYS, including the tag team champions. The way this is being booked its making Samoa Joe look like he can handle any interference when he faces Magnus which is the part that worries me, he looks like he will be winning the title and so I feel like the opposite will actually happen, and all I can do is hope TNA does the right thing.

1.Bobby Roode

This may be the first time in rankings history I ever give the top spot to someone who did not wrestle that same week and for good reason, Roode did everything as great as you could hope one would. Starting with the backstage segment he made it completely believable that he was sorry for what he did to former partner James Storm and others he had screwed over and instantly became sympathetic despite being one of the most booed man on the roster a month ago. Then when it came to his "retirement" speech he turned the crowd on his side with ease and it showed just how underrated Roode's mic and acting skills are, hell he made Dixie interesting for a couple of seconds. He's now the Captain of Team Dixie and my only problem is Bobby showed just how awesome Face Bobby Roode can be that I now don't wanna accept anything else.
