WWE Elimination Chamber 2014 match card: Big E vs. Jack Swagger match official

Shamsuddin Muhammad

The Intercontinental title match is official!

After Zeb Colter lobbied for Jack Swagger to get a title shot, Vickie Guerrero placed him in a Fatal 4-Way match on tonight's (Feb. 14, 2014) episode of Friday Night SmackDown in Ontario, California, opposite Rey Mysterio, Kofi Kingston, and Mark Henry. The winner would receive a shot at Big E's Intercontinental title at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view (PPV) on Sun., Feb. 23, 2014, at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Ultimately, Swagger tapped Kingston with the Patriot Act after a good match.

That sets up a match that has been given zero build up whatsoever. Actually, these two have hardly crossed paths since Big E broke on the scene on the main roster, but that just means it's a fresh match-up, ripe for exploitation.

The question is are you interested in it?

Here's the updated Elimination Chamber match card and line-up:

- Randy Orton vs. John Cena vs. Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Christian vs. Cesaro
- The Shield vs. The Wyatt Family
- Batista vs. Alberto Del Rio
- Big E vs. Jack Swagger
