New details are being reported by TMZ in the story they broke earlier today that Kevin Nash and his son Tristen had both been arrested for battery on two separate police calls to their Florida home during the early hours of December 24, 2014.
The celebrity gossip and news organization received reports from police stating that Nash told police at the time of his arrest, around midnight, that his son had arrived home intoxicated and acted in an aggressive manner toward he and his wife. The 18 year allegedly spit on his father and "elbow checked" him, leading to Nash pinning him to the ground. It was at this point that the WWE Legend says that his face was scratched, resulting in the blood police saw on him when they arrived.
Police arrested Nash as the "primary aggressor", in part because of Tristen saying that his father was criticizing him and his relationship with his girlfriend. The verbal exchange escalated until the 55 year old chokeslammed his son, the resulting head impact of which the younger Nash says caused him to black out.
The second call to the house came two hours later, when Tristen's uncle called 9-1-1 because his nephew was drunk and had "slung his mom around the kitchen" and tried attacking him, too.
Both men are being held without bond at a Volusia County jail.
There has been no statement by WWE on the incident.
