Alberto Del Rio and the Best for Business Bureau

Gallo Images

One of the great things in the current top WWE storyline is that almost all of the wrestlers have had some sort of connection with the "best for business" theme, whether it's directly with top dogs Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton, peripheral but nevertheless important players such as The Shield, Big Show, Dolph Ziggler, Cody Rhodes, Ryback, and then you have the ones who are kind of in the picture part-time through one-liners like Damien Sandow, who obviously has had a recent rivalry with Rhodes, or even Big E Langston, who is coming off a bit as a nonchalant heel. Everyone seems to be getting in on the act, building up the tension between the boss, his cronies and the suffering employees.

Heck, even 3MB got in on it during that supposed "Town Hall meeting" that'll be airing on SmackDown this Friday.

I'm just wondering where World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio fits into this. He's supposed to be a big time name, right? After all, he's the holder of the big gold belt title. But his storyline sucks. It's always sucked but whilst everyone is getting sucked into the vortex of "Best for Business", Del Rio has been impervious to any rub from this hot story.

What's up with that?

Just a thought, I'm not the biggest ADR fan but his non-appearance or the lack of serious connection to the major storyline concerns me.

Does it concern you?
