There was a time when SummerSlam was just behind WrestleMania as the premiere pay-per-view (PPV) event on the yearly WWE schedule. It has since been replaced by the Royal Rumble, but there have been a disgustingly high number of awesome matches that took place at the biggest party of the summer.

Pretty incredible that "The Hitman" is rocking three of the top five slots. Even more incredible is the fact that he actually deserves that praise.
