WWE Main Event spoilers and open thread for June 26: Chris Jericho vs. Cody Rhodes

WWE.com

We've got spoilers and an open thread for tonight's (June 26, 2013) episode of WWE "Main Event" from Columbia, South Carolina, featuring Chris Jericho vs. Cody Rhodes, and much, much more.

WWE Main Event comes waltzing back into our lives tonight (June 26, 2013) at 8 p.m. ET on ION Television from Columbia, South Carolina. As per usual, this episode was taped on Tuesday prior to the SmackDown tapings.

In lieu of a live blog, we're going to hit you with spoilers for tonight's show while also providing an open thread for discussion once the broadcast goes live.

- Chris Jericho def. Cody Rhodes with the Walls of Jericho, presumably to build him up for his program with Ryback. It's surely a good match, though, as most given this particular spot are.

- Zeb Colter gets promo time to put over Antonio Cesaro as a real American despite the fact that he's not a real American. The gist of the promo is Colter is upset that SmackDown will feature a Fiesta for Alberto Del Rio and a Dublin Street Fight for Sheamus.

- Christian def. Dean Ambrose via disqualification after Seth Rollins got involved in the match. This was done to set something up for SmackDown.

- Prime Time Players def. Tons of Funk with Darren Young picking up the pinfall over Brodus Clay. Oh how far these two teams have fallen.

Enjoy the show, Cagesiders!
