The second edition of "Off The Top Rope" (A Cagesider's Pro Wrestling Podcast - made for you - by fans like you) was made available to you last night (Mar. 7) by none-other-than your fellow Cagesiders Mike aka 'vfn' & Rex "Buckeye Brawler" Ivanovic. Their inaugural episode of "Off the Top Rope" premiered right here.

Each episode features the guys discussing the latest pro wrestling news and goings-on of note in the pro wrestling world. Plus, they review a classic professional wrestling event!

This week's episode features chatter from Mike & Rex on the mic as usual, but here is what they tell us they will specifically be talking about:

  • We start off talking a little bit about some news.
  • We talk about the recent episode of Old School Raw from Monday, March 4, 2013. Our reactions to the show, and our talk of the fatal four-way main event leads us to...
  • A side tangent on sociology and philosophy in general in wrestling.
  • We follow up last week's talk on TNA, and discuss Impact Wrestling and Kenny King.
  • For the first time on our show we talk Ring of Honor (ROH), the fallout of their 11th Anniversary Show, and about Adam Cole potentially going to WWE.
  • After a short break, we come back and review of a classic show: Badd Blood: In Your House. The show, largely overshadowed by the death of Brian Pillman, features some curious booking decisions, a mini's matches an all time classic match and a lot less than classic. It was a lot of fun to talk about, and we hope it's fun to listen to.

"Feel free to email us your thoughts on that event, and we'll read them on the air! The show's official email is topropepodcast@gmail.com, make note of it and add us to your contacts, Cagesiders.

Then, be sure to follow us on social media: @Mike & @Rex on Twitter, Mike on Tumblr, and subscribe to Rex right here on SBNation.
