Redemption for Tensai? The man formerly known as Albert finds a new place.

Just caught the most recent match between Tensai and Brodus vs Epico and Primo. It seems that Tensai and Brodus are already wearing matching outfits, (black body tights) as of a week ago. A sure sign we are to take this titanic twosome seriously as a team. I know there have been people in the past complaining about two guys being randomly thrown together just to make a team or mini-stable for guys not doing anything at the moment, but I think the WWE has got the right idea here. Both men are physically of a similar build and their matching tights, though personalized, makes one such as myself think of teams like Demolition and the Natural Disasters.

However, I think most importantly, these two have some tag team moves that fit with their look while making them look good. They have the simultaneous body avalanche, where the both plow into the poor sap that happens to get in their cross-hairs and they have the double falling body splash, falling onto a guy at the same time. I think I would be worried about receiving those kinds of moves if I was in the tag team division.

Finally, I could not help but notice during the match, Brodus' fans (kids) were cheering on Tensai while he was in a headlock/sleeper hold. Brodus is very over with kids, they are even brought into the ring to dance along with him. Kids cheering on Tensai means he has got a place at the moment and thus something to do on a regular basis. I personally like the team of Brodus and Tensai, they weren't too randomly placed together; they had their dance contest, the saving each other from double teams, and they dance pretty well, lol. While the tag team division is still floundering and akin to limbo for wrestlers with no immediate plans, I think these two are a welcome addition. Thoughts?
