Is the Hell In the Cell Match Overrated???

So, I just after like 6 years, bought WWE`s Hell In a Cell DVD, and it got me thinking. I watched all the matches and I realized the match itself kind of sucks. I mean, of course, Mankind v Undertaker, HHH v Mick Foley, And the 6 man Armageddon match are all classics, and I noticed they share one thing in common. Someone gets thrown from the top of the cell. Heres the way I see it. When Foley took the 2 falls at KOTR in 1998, we had never seen anyone take a bump like that ever. It was such a " Holy Shit " moment, that we tied those spots with the match itself. So now, the W has been able to play with our nostalgia, and put any feud that hits a wall, into the cell, and we automatically think of Taker and Cactus`s match. The thing is, there have been some fantastic matches inside the cell. Lesnar v Taker, Taker v HHH last year, HBK v Undertaker, DX v The McMahon`s, and so on. But my question is, could those matches be great without a bunch of steel around the ring. In most cases, yes. The Hunter/Taker match last year, could of been the same exact match, if it was just regular no DQ. Same with most of the matches I listed. Its only when the cell is used to send someone flying 15 feet, do I find the structure actually useful. Its also funny to me how a normal steel cage match is like, Meh, A steel cage, but when you put a roof on it, SATIN`S STRUCTURE, THE DEVIL`S PLAYGROUND!!!! What do you think cagesiders???
