Welcome to another edition of "Slapstick Saturday," Cagesiders, where your old pal Hulk Holland pokes fun at every botch, blooper and bomb the world of professional wrestling has ever given us.
What have we attached ourselves to this week?
Each other! That's right, we're turning back the clock to January 11, 2009 at the Bojangles' Coliseum in Charlotte, North Carolina. That's where the TNA: Genesis pay-per-view (PPV) event took place, featuring a three-way tag team match for the TNA World Tag Team Championship.
The participants? Beer Money (James Storm and Bobby Roode) with Jacqueline, Jay Lethal and Consequences Creed and the team of Matt Morgan and Abyss. But Beer Money would score more than a pinfall on their way to claiming the tag titles.
PG era? What PG era?
Jacqueline gets double-teamed inside the ring, not uncommon in a tag match, but not the way you might expect. The landing might have been funny had it been by accident, but when they turned themselves into human Legos, it just got creepy.
