NJPW "The New Beginning" 2013 results

Catch up with the results from New Japan's second iPPV of the year. - New Japan Pro-Wrestling official Facebook

Results from the New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) "The New Beginning" internet pay-per-view (iPPV) from Feb. 10, 2013. Read a full review of the show Tues., Feb. 12 in our "This Week in New Japan" column.

Long story short, the main event stole the show. Hiroshi Tanahashi, despite telling the press he would debut a new finisher, decided against it for whatever reason. Karl Anderson did not win the title, but he did win over the audience in terms of being seen in a new light with this performance. Semi-mains with the two CHAOS vs. Suzukigun matches and Laughter7 vs. Goto/Inoue were not out-of-this-world, but were still solid matches.
