David Otunga's Music hits.

David Otunga comes out with a microphone in hand, he says a grave injustice has been commited, he points out how Sheamus has been credited with the elimination of Titus O'Neil when in fact he, David Otunga, eliminated the Primetime Player member.

Otunga puts over his undefeated record as an attorney and he says that he will argue his case, Otunga proceeds to make an inteligent argument and presents us with a couple of pieces of evidence including smartly taken stills from the PPV that suggest that Otunga should be credited with the elimination.

Sheamus' Music hits and he makes a couple of lame jokes on his lame irish accent as he makes his way down to the ramp, Once in the ring Sheamus says he has evidence of his own. Otunga looks at the tron and sees some stills of Sheamus eliminating him.

A baffled David Otunga turns around to say "What does that have anything to do with the case?", but he's unable to finish his sentence as he's promptly Brogue Kicked by resident WWE Dickface Sheamus. Sheamus' music plays again as he celebrates roaring to a crowd that goes mild for him.

Camera cuts backstage as Lawler makes a terrible joke at Otungas expense.
