One guy was so over that a little less than a year ago, a packed Madison Square Garden was chanting his name during the opening match of one of the biggest pay-per-views (PPV) of the year. The other was brought in under much fanfare and immediately booked into a feud with top draw and fan favorite, John Cena.
But now, Zack Ryder and "Don't Call Me Lord" Tensai are in the same place: headlining the internet-only WWE Superstars.
What's worse is the current United States Champion, Santino Marella, is also on the show. I can appreciate Santino for his comedic elements and understand he must go over like gangbusters with the kids but the same pre-tweens who go nuts over his shtick probably aren't the ones logging onto WWE.com or Youtube to check out Superstars.
Book to your audience, WWE. Older fans are the ones checking out your internet offerings so why not throw them a bone and hit us up with some Tyson Kidd vs. Daniel Bryan?
Anyhoo, here's this week's installment, Cagesiders.
Enjoy.
