If there's one thing I have in common with Dragon Gate USA Open the Freedom Gate Champion Johnny Gargano, it's we both love independent wrestling
If there's two things we have in common, it's we're both pretty dang cool.
Ahem.
Anyhoo, it's time for Under the Radar, your one-stop shop for indie wrestling. Ring of Honor? We got it. CHIKARA? You better believe we got that. Anarchy Championship Wrestling, DGUSA, Absolute Intense... we don't discriminate here.
If there's a promotion helping advance the art of pro wrestling, we're going to cover it.
So without further adieu...
Ring of Honor
The latest batch of TV tapings went down last night and we've got full spoilers here. Up next for ROH is next Saturday's (August 11) Boiling Point iPPV. We will cover that show in depth next week on Under the Radar and we will, of course, provide live match-by-match coverage. To order and join in on our fun, click here.

Dragon Gate USA/EVOLVE/SHINE Wrestling
After last weekend's doubleshot of shows (results here and here), the Gabe Sapolsky kingdom is a bit quiet. The only thing to note is the first match signed to EVOLVE 17: AR Fox vs. Ricochet. That's what's up, Cagesiders. Also signed for the event is Chuck Taylor, Drew Gulak and Orange Cassidy taking on The Super Smash Brothers and Rich Swann.
And SHINE 2 is just a couple of weeks away. We'll get to that in the next couple of weeks. For now, check out Open the Freedom Gate Champion Johnny Gargano's post-match promo from Untouchable 2012:
Anarchy Championship Wrestling
My beloved ACW invades San Antonio this weekend with Fall from Grace. Newly crowned champion Jaykus Plisken defends his title against the man he won it from ACH and the lovely but deadly Rachel Summerlyn. The co-main event sees Jerry Lynn take on Mike Dell while Evan Gelistico challenges Matthew Palmer for the Hardcore strap.
Anarchy TV Champion Davey Vega takes on Jordan Jensen, 2012 Queen of Queens Athena battles JoJo Bravo plus much more!
Pro Wrestling Guerrilla
Battle of Los Angeles is a little less than a month away so we'll get to that as the dates for the two-day event gets closer. Until then, check out this awesome teaser for the Threemendous III DVD. Holy heck, I need to get this.
Absolute Intense Wrestling
It's ladies night! Girls Night Out 7 is tonight and boasts some of the best talent around. The main event sees Allysin Kay take on Mia Yim in a freakin' steel cage match and Sara Del Rey goes toe-to-toe with Hailey Hatred. Before she steps inside the ring in Tejas, Athena takes on Cherry Bomb and Veda Scott takes on Courtney Rush. For the rest of the card, check out the AIWrestling website right here.
See you next week, Cagesiders!
