STONE COLD! STONE COLD! STONE COLD!
Stone Cold Steve Austin has won the first official Cageside Seats Pro Wrestling Tournament. He cruised through the bracket, too, starting with a 414-159 win over Daniel Bryan, then destroying Brock Lesnar by a score of 139-8, blasting Bruno Sammartino 100-20, beating Shawn Michaels 126-95, before knocking off both The Rock and Undertaker, 127-81-64.
That led him to the Finals where he met up against number three seed Randy Savage. While Macho Man put up a valiant fight, he was no match for the greatest of all time. Austin ended up winning by a score of 159-105.
So ends our journey that started back on June 4 with a field of 64 that was debated endlessly. We had a few controversies along the way, but we also had a ton of fun with a few unbelievably close match-ups.
The Rock vs. Undertaker and their race to the finish will go down in history as one of the greatest moments Cageside Seats has ever seen.
Feel free to look back on what was an awesome tournament while also looking ahead to the next one. That's right, folks, we'll be coming back for more sooner than you think. Up next? Greatest matches. See you then.
After the jump, check out the final vote tally total.
