This could be nothing or it could be something but it's worth passing along.
Earlier today (Aug. 22, 2012), Rick Petko of Orange County Choppers fame tweeted the following:
"Annealing aluminum for a WWE Championship belt."
The tweet was accompanied by the picture you see above, which looks a lot like the leaked new WWE title belt design that was floating around as far back as early June. It was also around that time that current WWE Champion CM Punk spoke of a new design being in the works, one he saw and didn't like.
We've been patiently waiting for this new design to show up. Perhaps it's coming soon? And do you like what you see so far if that's the case?
