Brock Lesnar and Triple H have been mouthing off at one another for weeks now and tonight was the night they finally faced off in the middle of the squared circle. Earlier in the evening, Triple H told the referee there would be no count outs and no disqualifications. He demanded they be allowed to fight it out ‘til the very end.

And what a fight they had.

In what was less of a pro wrestling match and more of a pure brawl, Lesnar grabbed the upper hand and teased the Kimura Lock early, but Triple H was able to free himself before it could be fully locked in. The tide started to turn, however, when "The Game" managed to throw Lesnar into the announcers table and land a few solid punches. Brock Lesnar, who has a history with diverticulitis, really sold the injury and probably had a few people fooled as to whether or not he was legitimately injured.

As the fight moved back into the ring, Lesnar managed to kick out of two Pedigrees before finally locking in the Kimura Lock. Trips struggled to break the hold, but it was just too much before he finally submitted.

HHH stood speechless alone in the ring to a solid Staples Center standing ovation before finally walking up the ramp, his head down in shame.
