Going into tonight's WWE SummerSlam event, Dolph Ziggler claimed his opponent, Chris Jericho, had lost his once Midas-like touch and was no longer able to win "the big one."
On the flip side, Ziggler said his time was now and there was no way he would lose what he said was the "biggest match of his career."
Well, it seems "The Show Off" underestimated "The Ayatollah of Rock and Rollah."
The two opened up tonight's SummerSlam event and went back and forth but it was the former Undisputed Champion who came out on top.
Despite Ziggler's best attempts, he was unable to prevent Jericho from locking in the Walls of Jericho which forced a tap out from the former Spirit Squad member.
Can Ziggler recover from this loss? Or is this the beginning of a losing streak for the Smackdown Money in the Bank briefcase holder?
