Former Olympic Gold Medalist and WWE Champion Kurt Angle has been a member of the TNA family since late 2006. In that time, he's won the promotion's World Heavyweight Championship, World Tag Team Championship and even the X Division title once.
While he's been criticized as being a shell of his former great self, he's still one of the better members of the roster and was part of this month's best match at the Hardcore Justice pay-per-view (PPV).
But is there trouble in Orlando?
Angle tweeted this last night:
It's hard to say what frame of mind Angle was in when he tweeted this or whether it was a legit, non-storyline comment or not.
It's also hard to be sure what Angle means by "the top guy," as he is consistently near, or at the top of, the card. He had the promotion's top prize less than a year ago. Since then he has also been involved in feuds with Jeff Hardy and A.J. Styles before befriending "The Phenomenal One" and earning his second set of tag team straps in the process.
Beyond that, he's currently tied for fourth place in the Bound for Glory series which makes it likely he'll participate in No Surrender's playoff match to determine who takes on the champion in Phoenix.
But will Angle's "business decision" prevent this?
