WWE SummerSlam goes live on pay-per-view (PPV) tonight (Sun., Aug. 19, 2012) at 8 p.m. ET from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, but the promotion is also offering a free live stream of its pre-show starting at 7:30 p.m. ET.

In what would have been the dark match of the evening, fans can now tune in to see a United States championship showdown -- which tells you just how much they care about booking that belt -- as Santino Marella defends his strap against up-and-comer Antonio Cesaro.

The two haven't engaged in much of a feud to get here but that's not really important. As long as they get the crowd good and hot for the start of the PPV, they will have done their job. Plus, we might even see a title change.
