What a long, strange trip it's been.

Maybe it hasn't been strange, actually, considering the field of 64 has been whittled down to just eight and there are no real surprise participants left. The lowest seed remaining is a three seed (Randy Savage, Gorgeous George) and all four one seeds are hanging strong, though The Rock was nearly knocked out by four seed Chris Jericho in the Sweet Sixteen.

The match-ups couldn't be more compelling and the race to the finish of the Cageside Seats Pro Wrestling Tournament, which will conclude on Aug. 28, should be fun to watch/participate in.

Wed., Aug. 15: (1) Hulk Hogan vs. (3) André the Giant
Thurs., Aug. 16: (1) The Rock vs. (2) Undertaker
