World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) continued its gimmick of bringing back old legends to take on Heath Slater during last night's (July 2, 2012) episode of Monday Night Raw with the return of Doink the Clown and Diamond Dallas Page.
Doink, who was comic relief back in the day but was awesome as an evil clown heel, actually lost to Slater to set up the return of DDP, who hit the ring and promptly hit Slater with the Diamond Cutter.
And it looked just as good as any one of Randy Orton's RKOs.
It's too bad this weekly segment will go away once we get to the 1,000th episode of Raw because it's actually a segment I think we've all fallen in love with, no?
