According to the local paper, PostStar.com reports Mayor John "Jack" Diamond will proclaim August 10th "Jim Duggan Day." Duggan, 58, returns to Glenn Falls to participate in an Indy Wrestling promotion that day. The Mayor and Duggan go back to high school football days.
Duggan's father was former police chief of Glenn Falls.
Its surprising that Duggan is still touring the Indy circuit at his age.
