You didn't need a crystal ball to figure this one out.

As expected, John Cena walked into his first Money in the Bank ladder match and walked out with a guaranteed shot at the WWE Championship.

Fending off challenges from Kane, The Big Show, Chris Jericho and The Miz -- who returned tonight from filming The Marine: Homefront -- Cena emerged victorious in the main event of the third annual pay-per-view event.

This puts him directly in the sights of CM Punk who emerged victorious in his No Disqualification match against Daniel Bryan. Punk retained his WWE Championship and the stage is seemingly set for a rematch next month between the champ and Cena from last year's SummerSlam event.

Of course, we have no way of knowing when Cena will be cashing in his briefcase but if his past comments are any indication, he's going to give Punk a heads up rather than attack him at his most vulnerable.
