I don't post this because Zack Ryder's YouTube show, Z! True Long Island Story, is particularly good. It's not. I post this because its leading man continues to whine and complain about his treatment with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
Ryder has been relegated to WWE's Internet only show, Superstars, lately, and he's making it known he's not happy about it:
"This past Monday night at Long Island's Nassau Coliseum I had a match ... on Superstars. Are you serious, bro? I don't have a match on Raw? Why do we even still do this show? Well, at least there were some 'We want Ryder' chants."
I'm of the mind that there are two ways to handle situations like this:
1. Bitch and complain that you're being treated unfairly.
2. Get yourself over and make them notice you until they have to put you on the big show.
Ryder has gone with option one and it's a really bad look. He's a big fish in a little pond on Superstars; why not use that to your advantage? Instead of bitching about not being on Raw -- which indirectly buries every other show and your own stock because you're on said shows -- why not create a new gimmick for yourself along with the one you already have. Say you're the greatest wrestler Superstars has ever seen and no one from Raw or Smackdown has the sack to come and challenge you for your crown.
Imagine if Ryder, with all his online clout, did this. Wouldn't that draw eyeballs both to him and the show? And isn't that the point?
