Any of you Cagesiders notice the lack of a duck-faced Real World alumni on this week's Raw?

Yeah, me neither but now that I think about it, The Miz was nowhere to be seen this past Monday.

That's because he's off making fancy movies as reported by Cageside in April. After real-life AWOL Marine Randy Orton caught flak for getting pegged as the newest star in WWE Studio's The Marine franchise, the company scrambled to find someone to fill his oily, hairless, tan shoes.

Kofi Kingston was a rumored name for a while but it seemed as if Vince McMahon wanted to use The Miz's mainstream exposure as a former Real World cast member to help the movie and the struggling studio behind it.

In fact, he alluded to this on his own Twitter this morning:

"Hmmm...I wonder??? RT @OMGeeItsJulia95: Was the reason @MiketheMiz wasn't on Raw because he's filming a movie?"

I have never seen a WWE Studios movie and likely never will. I considered watching The Condemned because it looked like "Stone Cold" Steve Austin meets Battle Royale and that seemed pretty awesome.

Not awesome enough to watch, however.

Anyone going to give The Marine: Homeland a chance?
