We've been keeping you guys up to date on Alberto Del Rio's medical condition after he suffered what was reported to be a concussion during last week's Smackdown tapings.

World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus - who Del Rio is currently feuding with - slammed the Mexican Superstar's head against the steel WWE logo which led to the concussion.

It was rumored if the challenger was pulled from a weekend house show in Maryland, it could be assumed he would also be pulled from his title match at No Way Out.

Well, straight from the horse's mouth via text message:

BREAKING NEWS: Due to a concussion on Smackdown, Del Rio wont face World Champion Sheamus @ No Way Out. New #1 contender to be named on tonight's Raw (8/7 CT).

So who will Sheamus face on Sunday (June 17) and in what manner will the challenger be decided?
