Can anyone watch this latest episode of WWE Superstars from Thurs., May 3, 2012, and imagine it being strong enough to air on traditional network television like executives with the company claimed just recently?
I certainly can't but that doesn't mean it's a bad show. Quite the contrary, in fact, as this is arguably the purest pro wrestling show WWE puts on. I mean that just from the action you get in the ring. It's not angle heavy like Raw with very few promos and around 40 minutes of action from various superstars busting their asses.
This is a particularly good episode, seeing as it features Dolph Ziggler getting about as good a match out of Mason Ryan as possible while Zack Ryder and Michael McGillicutty do everything they can to tear the house down. I would recommend ignoring the main event of Great Khali vs. Jinder Mahal but the crowd is actually pretty hot for it and it's not the worst match you'll ever see.
Oh, and if you're one of those folks who absolutely can't stand video replays, be prepared for a quite a few of them.
All in all, it's worth your time, Cagesiders. Enjoy.
