It seems like it's been longer but we haven't heard from Mexican wrestling star Sin Cara since he blew his knee out in a match at Survivor Series on Nov. 20, 2011, in New York.

He's been out of action ever since, slowly but surely rehabbing to get himself back to full health. The initial prognosis called for six to nine months and we're right in line with that so his return should be just around the corner, right?

Indeed, as SuperLuchas.net reported, during last night's (April 30, 2012) WWE Monday Night Raw telecast, the Spanish announce team revealed that Cara will return during the upcoming Smackdown tour of Mexico from May 24-26.

It should be noted that it's possible Cara returns before those dates but that's the first he's being officially advertised since injuring his knee.

The major question, of course, will be whether or not he can work as well as before on a repaired knee. We shall see.
