Is it about time we stop calling Zack Ryder a YouTube sensation?

Regardless, the former United States champ is back for the 56th episode of his popular Z! True Long Island webseries. And for the first time in weeks, he doesn't look like he was just in a car accident!

And keep an eye out for cameos from Colt Cabana, Luke Gallows and Cliff Compton ... sort of.

And it wouldn't be a proper episode of Z! True Long Island Story without an appearance from everyone's favorite #HEEL, Dolph Ziggler.
