Those of you who have attended a college or university are duly familiar with what's known as "dead week." It's the period right before the semester ends when professors don't really assign any homework and you spend the entire time studying up for the finals.
It seems WrestleMania has a dead week of its own.
After the abysmal go home edition of Raw and the even more dour looking spoilers for Friday's (March 30) Smackdown, it can't be denied Vince McMahon and company are simply on auto-pilot until Sunday's (April 1) big show.
It's even affected the C-level shows like NXT. Not much to see here although there is a match between Jey Uso and Titus O'Neil while Derrick Bateman and Hunico also collide.
I really am looking forward to WrestleMania 28 not only because I will be there live but also because maybe we'll actually get some wrestling shows worth watching.
