WWE Classics on Demand breaks down The Rock vs. John Cena match at WrestleMania 28 on April 1 in Miami.
"Rowdy" Roddy Piper brings up a good point when he says they should be proud of everyone who has contributed since 1985 because now it's grown to a point where they can bring back home grown talent like Rock instead of constantly plucking stars from Hollywood who have little to no involvement in pro wrestling otherwise.
Jim Ross chimes in by expressing his astonishment that any of the young guys on the roster or anyone on the Internet would complain about Rock coming back to take a spot on the biggest card of the year without going through the motions of working on the road every night.
Simply put, he doesn't need to do such things anymore, as he's "paid his dues," as it were, and put his time in. He became a big star in WWE, went out and did the same in Hollywood, and now he's back to give WWE a rub once again. For anyone to have a problem with that is, quite frankly, ludicrous.
