Evan Bourne says he won't be ready for the Royal Rumble on Jan. 27, 2013, in Phoenix. From his Twitter: "If you didn't know, the Royal Rumble is my personal favorite PPV/match! But no matter how hard I train, my foot will not be ring ready by RR." Take everything with a grain of salt but his injuries were pretty nasty. Stay tuned.
