The S3: YOUR Vote for Best Performer of the Week Ending Nov. 18th and Last Week's Winner

Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what's going on in pro wrestling - the Smark's Shoot Standings (S3) are where YOU let us know YOURS.

Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the top three performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.

Remember, the Standings are for the previous week - the Veterans Day edition of WWE Monday Night Raw, Wednesday night's WWE Main Event, the November 15th TNA Impact Wrestling, the WWE SmackDown that aired on Friday the 16th, and WWE's Survivor Series 2012 Pay-Per-View from Sunday the 18th.

Make YOUR mark, smarks!

"Perhaps my S3 victory will persuade them to make Otunga give me back my coat." Baretttt_medium

We marked out for the Barrage like a bunch of Brits. The scourge of Geno's love life made a run at the top but came in a close second. Willow the Wisp defended his TNA title and came in third, right in front of a rising viper. A couple of guys known more for their moves than their mic work tied for fifth, while a bunch of folks who receive the benefit of being booked in the main event shared a few points in a big jam up at the bottom.

If there are any tabulation marks out there, we did see a slight uptick in the poll last week. With 20 total votes (which Brad Maddox received the majority of, btw), I scored the poll as two comment votes. As with most things S3, the integration of the poll back into comment-based voting is a work in progress. If you have an issue with how it's going or a better idea, holla at a playa.

The S3 - Week Ending November 11

1. Wade Barrett
2. Brad Maddox
3. Jeff Hardy

4. Randy Orton
(tie) Kofi Kingston
5. (tie) Dolph Ziggler
(tie) Big Show
(tie) Sheamus
7. (tie) Alberto Del Rio
7. (tie) CM Punk

There was more jockeying for position in the lower half of our annual top ten this week. ADR sneaks into the ten spot and bumps the It Factor off, making A-Double the only TNA representative in our Performer of the Year Standings.

The S3 Performer of the Year - through the Week Ending November 11

1. CM Punk - 197.5 points
2. Daniel Bryan - 162.5
Austin Aries - 116
AJ Lee - 111.5
5. Damien Sandow - 89.83
6. Dolph Ziggler - 85
7. Kane - 55
8. (tie) Chris Jericho - 53
8. (tie) Big Show - 53
10. Alberto Del Rio - 46.75

I was busy crying into my terrible towel last night, but it sounds like WWE got some folks excited about the product again. To cram for this week's test, check out Nolan's always reliable Week in Wrestling and the live blog of Survivor Series. And if you want to vote for Ambrose or Rollins, I'm making you log in. Regular marks don't even know their names, so I'm waiting to see what explanation, if any, we get on Raw tonight before I deem them poll-worthy.
