On this date in pro wrestling history: Big Show wins his first WWE Championship at Survivor Series

For the first time in his career, Big Show won the WWE championship on this date in history at Survivor Series.

And he did it with a "championship chokeslam" according to good ole JR.

On November 14, 1999, The Big Show won his first-ever WWF Championship by pinning Triple H, ironically, in a Triple Threat Match at Survivor Series.

Joining them was none other than The Rock.

Show was a late replacement for an injured Stone Cold Steve Austin and would hold the belt until after the new year, giving it back to "The Game" (surprise) before his eventual heel turn following the Royal Rumble.

Part two of his three-way dance with the Brahma Bull and Trips:

How about it Cagesiders, were you happy for The Big Show? Or bummed that you didn't have Stone Cold?
