WWE Elimination Chamber 2012 poster features Sheamus, advertisement hints at only one Chamber match
The WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view event is scheduled to take place on Sun., Feb. 19, 2012, from the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The poster has made its way online (via InDemand) and it features none other than "The Great White" himself, Sheamus.
What's interesting, though, is the advertisement that ran alongside the poster. It makes it seem as though there will only be one Elimination Chamber match this year:
Trapped by 11,000 feet of chain and 16 tons of cold steel, six WWE Superstars will have to endure one night of pure punishment to prove they are worthy of championship gold. Who will survive the Chamber? Don't miss John Cena, Triple H, Randy Orton, Sheamus, CM Punk, and all your favorite Superstars at WWE Elimination Chamber, Sunday, February 19, 8PM ET/5PM PT, live on Pay-Per-View.
Since WWE became enamored enough with the match to make it a PPV event two years ago, both shows featured a Raw and Smackdown Chamber match with either a title on the line, or a chance at the WWE championship at WrestleMania.
An advertisement more than a month and a half out from the show certainly shouldn't be considered a be-all, end-all, but it's something to look out for.

With 1 Chamber..
It not only makes it come off as more special.. but.. it removes a lot of clutter during the road to Wrestlemania.
Hey Yo Geno..
I got a comment I want to post, however, after last nights warning.. and also being banned before, ya know, before you came on bored & really made this site awesome.. I want to know how I can go about figuring out if I can post this or not.. w/o the worrying about being banned, again. So, should I email it? Thanks.. just trying to be thoughtful for all involved.
If you have to ask
It’s not worth posting

And um… who are you to talk about me minding my own? You my dad or something? To use some language that was once used on me… why are you trolling on me? Why don’t you go ahead & follow the advice on your SN.

Umm
I wasn’t talking to you. Look up and see who I responded to. Sorry I bothered.

Now I really feel like a complete dumbass. If I could slink any lower.. I hope you can at least maybe possibly see how I could be confused? I do apologize. And now I really would like to ask that my original comment be deleted sooooooo everything else under it can go as well. People think drinking booze is my problem.. no.. its caffeine. I have to stay off of it.. I have a Coke from McD’s once about 3-4 weeks.. I get freakin wired. And I wish I could use that as an excuse.. but I just misinterpreted. If I could, I’d buy you a beer.. gotta clear up this whole mess I created.

I'd rather have the Coke

You got it. I’ll tell ya.. I don’t know what McDonalds does.. but their Coke’s are the best of any other Coke from anywhere. I’ve calmed down a lot.. The Iowa Caucus will do that to a person. In the end, they are predicting.. 14 votes separate 1 & 2. Sickening. I gotta get a life. But, on the whole.. QT has the best fountain sodas. Oh well, Vess Cream Soda beats them all. Another caffeinated drink I cannot have.
Did you know.. Vitamin K thickens your blood? And green leafy foods are super high in Vitamin K. So, no soda.. but no salads either!

Yea, I've heard that plenty in my life..
but usually I’m such a d**k that it ends up backfiring on them. Causing me some good laughs.
In this case.. You’re right… It really isn’t worth it.

Haha it's one thing with friends
But on a public forum it’s probally best to hold back. I know I’ve deleted a bunch of comments and posts because if I don’t think its the best I can write I should do better. I enjoy your comments and would hate to see you get banned.

I appreciate the looking out. I know I need a better filter for myself. If I could talk about my old work record on here w/o giving off the wrong impressions of who I am.. it would be hilarious. And one would think that I should have a good filter since I’m typing it and all.. but who am I kidding.. I don’t. At least I had the common sense to ask Geno if I could go ahead & ask in advance… I would have asked that it be deleted after reading your earlier comment.. but then GF&D had to troll on me.. so? Eh, I couldn’t let that just ride.
And I know I just commented on it 2×.. but that “day in the life of a Brodus” was awesome. I wish I could buy you a beer…

Generally, if it's crazy enough that you feel you need to ask then C.J. is probably right, it's likely best to leave it alone.
I try to be as lenient as possible but there are, of course, certain things that we simply can’t allow. Feel free to e-mail it to me if you’d like and I’ll let you know either way.
Forget it Donny, you're out of your element.
So will it be for one title?
Or is it the same as WM’s MitB? I wouldn’t mind that being the case, as then you have both titles on the line for a traditional matchup. Then you could leave the chamber for the upper tier midcards. But again, it’s a long way out so there is still time for WWE to change their plans.
Also, besides Punk at TLC, the poster boy has not been doing too well of late. Not sure if I would be happy about it if I was Sheamus.

I would be disappointed if there weren't 2 chamber matches
The Elimination Chamber and Money In The Bank PPVs are the only PPVs with gimmicks that are basically foolproof. If they’re going to keep the Elimination Chamber as a PPV, I want to see one chamber for the WWE championship and one for the World Heavyweight Championship.
How about this
Ziggler wins the title at the Rumble because of some shenannigans, Johnny Ace says Punk has to win the chamber to get a rematch, Punk wins the EC
by Jonathan Loesche on Jan 3, 2012 9:13 PM EST reply actions
Thinking about it, I don't know when a good time Ziggler can win the title
if the plan is to have Punk go against Jericho for the WWE Championship at Wrestlemania without giving Ziggler a crap title reign. If he wins at the Rumble, then you probably have him in the EC and Punk can win it then, but that gives Ziggler a 3 week reign. If the EC is just for a chance at the title, then you’re going to have a title match on Raw or something and Ziggler would have to get his rematch the following week. Only then could you start promoting Jericho-Punk for WM and that leaves you only about a month for a huge marquee match-up.
You could always go triple threat
Jericho is driving the nostalgia fans, Punk is driving the indies, Ziggler is driving the Internet. Yes, it’s not as clean cut as that. But with Rock/Cena as your main event, they have a little room for some fun matchups

by C. J. Bradford on Jan 3, 2012 9:24 PM EST up reply actions
I'd have no problem with that
but my fear is that Ziggler would get the same treatment as The Miz did last year when Rock/Cena were all the talk and Miz was that other guy. The story would be Jericho against Punk because Punk stole Jericho’s gimmick or w/e and Ziggler just doesn’t fit in with that.
If they did do a triple threat though, that would easily be my pick for match of the night no matter how awesome The Rock is.
I like it.. but if Jericho is there 4 Punk.. and Lord knows what’s rollin’ thru Chris’ head at this point.. but it would leave Jericho out of the title picture. I almost feel like WWe wouldn’t want to “waste” this story line on Punk.. its their thought process that its too big. So, maybe Jericho is there to teach Cena hate?
