On this date in WWE history: The Undertaker (finally) wins the Royal Rumble
Heading into World Wrestling Entertainment's (WWE) 2007 Royal Rumble pay-per-view (PPV) event, scheduled for January 28 at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas, "The Undertaker" had pretty much accomplished everything there is to accomplish as a professional wrestler.
Except win the Royal Rumble.
"The Deadman" came close on multiple occasions, but on this date in WWE history, he would not only win the tournament, he would become the first superstar in history to do it after drawing number 30.
It was the third time he drew the last and most coveted spot (despite it producing no winners), having done it before in 1997 (eliminated by Stone Cold Steve Austin) and 2003 (eliminated by Brock Lesnar).
History is made, after the jump.
Anyone expect the Deadman to be walking to the 2012 Royal Rumble in order to set up what is sure to be yet another Wrestlemania appearance?
Any guesses as to which number he draws and who eliminates him, if anyone?

Undertaker making an appearance is a good chance
If Wrestlemania is actually going to be him versus HHH, I don’t think he comes back tomorrow night, though. That’d leave around two months (plus one PPV) until Wrestlemania, and if they’re going to be very build-up lite on their match like last year, two months might be a little too much time.

I hope they can both go on an episode of Smackdown
Then Teddy Long can put them in a tag team match together and BOOM new tag team championships.
Hell, Teddy can just do that on Raw
It’s not like someone will come out and tell him he can’t do that
So go forth, my brethren, and proceed to mark the f*ck out

Ugh.
Khali couldn’t sell oxygen to a drowning man. Kinda ruins the beginning there.
