Shawn Michaels is back with another YouTube Q&A session and he immediately addresses his status with WWE at this time. According to "The Heartbreak Kid," he is still under contract with WWE but it's not a "wrestling or legend's contract" but rather a "special" one they made just for him.
Whatever that means.
He goes on to say that he's open to returning in a part-time role, which is exactly what is expected to happen. Reports have him returning to play a part in the planned WrestleMania 28 rematch between Triple H and Undertaker as a special guest referee.

I would mark the f*ck out if Shawn Michaels vs The Rock happens.

I am a huge HBK mark but if his return is anything but a wrestling role or even a GM which I would take any day over Johnny Bravo, I don’t see much to really go back for. Perhaps if WWE brought in some of the younger talent from FCW, he could do a program with someone. HBK like Flair is known to get younger guys over and even give them a nice rub. Something HHH hasn’t or never been known for except if it was one of his but buddy’s like that dickhead Batista or Sheamus.
