Chris Jericho arrives in Nashville leading to further speculation he is WWE mystery return man on Raw tonight (Jan. 2, 2012)
No, that's not Gordon Ramsay. It is, indeed, the one and only Chris Jericho.
This picture is floating around the Internet, as brought to our attention by some of you fine folks in the comments here on Cageside, on Twitter and in my e-mail inbox. Thanks, everyone.
As to what this means, obviously it could signal the fact that old Y2J is headed for Memphis to crash the party at Raw tonight. Or it could mean absolutely nothing. Not that I think WWE would go this far out of its way for a swerve but Jericho probably would. In fact, he definitely would.
Then again, we all remember Kevin Nash showing up in Boston the night before the Royal Rumble last year. Rumors were swirling that he was a surprise entrant and -- surprise -- he was.
As usual, stay tuned, Cagesiders.

There’s rumors going around that Taker might show up tonight to start the feud for his match with HHH at WM.
The Legend
One of the dirt sheets (I never know who to credit since they all plagiarize one another…literally word for word) is reporting that this is a photo of Taker today at the Memphis airport. I’m not sure if Taker’s hair would be this long though, since he shaved it not too long ago.

he shaved it pretty soon after his last WM match
so its probably been at least half a year. Plenty of time to grow back out a decent bit.
P.S. I miss Michelle McCool and Layla.
Oh well. I was really hoping it was Jericho, but I guess its probably going to be Taker. Can’t say this interests me one bit. Especially if it means more HHH. This is really disappointing.
I said it another post here too
but my money is on it being both. This is going to be a huge Raw with all the promotion of the mystery return. They can have Undertaker start the WM build up tonight and everyone will think he’s the big return. Then at some point later in the night, Jericho comes out when no one is even considering another surprise.
Plagiarism
in pro wrestling websites is terrible, I agree with you on that.
Forget it Donny, you're out of your element.
Old pic
It is in the 30’s in Memphis. They’re dressed like it is in the 80’s.
Slightly more disturbing than Brian Brohm's sleeveless shirt.
Man I hope this means
He’s the one. If they pull in Brodus clay as the guy I’ll be pissed.

Damn it, I told myself I wasn't going to check Cageside Seats tonight and spoil things for myself!

Remember last year
We had the videos that told us the Undertaker was coming back. But there was someone else that crashed the show, HHH.
That said, it wouldn’t surprise me one bit if Jericho showed up to start is feud with CM Punk, and the Undertaker showed up to start is road to WM.
Either way, it should be exciting. LOL
If Jericho is so obssesed with kayfabe as he is labeled...
and he does debut tonight, I keep picturing him tomorrow morning reading about how alot of people already knew. Does he get pissed off? Does he go, “eh, whatever. It’s the internet?” Or does he just simply count his monies?
Kayfabe’s a wierd thing in 2012. :/
I don’t know if it is a kayfabe thing as much as it is a “Jericho loves messing with the internet” thing.

Jericho loves his surprise returns and loves making sure he's the best heel or face depending on what role he's playing
Put the 2 together and you get Jericho screwing with all of his Twitter followers for the last few months.
