PrintOn September 18, 2000, Steven "William" Regal returned to the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) to play the role of snobby Brit trying to civilize pro wrestling's boorish American fan base.
His "Mr. Manners" segment drew the required heat and on this date in WWF history, Chris Jericho hit one of his many home runs.
Any Cagesiders out there feeling nostalgic? Or was this another throwaway segment elevated by Y2J's slick mic skills?
