John Cena tells WWE fans about the death of Osama Bin Laden
Last night after WWE Extreme Rules went off the air, John Cena announced to the crowd that Osama Bin Laden had been "captured and compromised to a permanent end." No, you can't say "killed" in WWE, even in the context of the killing of the terrorist behind the 9/11 attacks. "Stars and Stripes Forever" was played after he left as the crowd chanted "USA."
Kinda neat to watch, as I don't remember any other time where a story like this broke during a pay per view event to the point where WWE had to do something like this. So, after hearing the news, not only did huge crowds of Americans gather to chant "USA" at the White House, the former World Trade Center site, in Times Square, etc., but this already assembled crowd got to do so as well. It was kind of surreal watching the gathering outside the White House last night (especially the uncut feed on CNN's website) and this just added to it.

I really, really think if this was Hogan in the early 1990s he would have take part credit for the capture.
