Tonight marks the first major Strikeforce event held under Zuffa ownership, and it's a stacked card.  With two Strikeforce titles on the line, and compelling match ups all around, on paper, this may be one of the best cards of the year.  The show airs live on Showtime, TONIGHT (April 9, 2011) at 10 pm ET.

Headlining the event, Stockton badboy and Strikeforce welterweight champion, Nick Diaz squares off with the heavy handed Brit, Paul Daley.  The Strikeforce lightweight title is on the line in the co-main event, with champion Gilbert Melendez rematching Japanese favorite Tatsuya Kawajiri in what has potential to be one of the greatest lightweight battles this year.

Two non-title bouts kick the evening off, with highly regarded light heavyweight Gegard Mousasi testing his mettle against UFC veteran Keith Jardine.  To first bout of the night is a battle of submission specialists, with Japanese submission expert Shinya Aoki looking to prove that he can hold his own on U.S. soil against Lyle Beerbohm.
