Mark Henry gets very emotional about deserving a World Heavyweight Championship run when Joey Styles asks him about his recent weight loss (he's lost about 60 pounds recently) during an interview right after he was drafted last night. You must watch this. It got me a lot more excited about his potential feud with Christian over the title.

(FYI: According to a Sports Illustrated article from when he was 19 years old in 1991, his bone thickness and muscle density is such that he'd be 289 pounds if he had 0% body fat.)

Mark has always come across as one of the most legitimately nicest, sensitive people in Wrestling. Whether it be reading poetry the night after Owen Hart died or the interview he gave to a newspaper shortly after the Benoit murder suicide.

I hope he finds his ECW championship reign form again and gets what he wants out of the remainder of his career.

Im sure it was just timing, but Mark was a stiff

to myself and bunch of other fans outside a show many years back. I like him though.

He is a true freak of nature.

His brother suffered a stroke in October so I guess that was the wake up call.

I have always liked Mark

I like him better than the Big Show. I am glad he has his weight in control. I hope he gets a good look also.

I’m glad that he’s being rewarded with a renewed push for losing weight. It sends a positive message to the rest of the locker room.
