This is The Undertaker's new T-shirt, which celebrates his new nickname, "The Last Outlaw."
Yes, I'm pretty sure he's riding a unicorn. I'm not sure if that makes him more or less awesome. I mean he's a tough old bastard, but...it's a freaking unicorn. Is this an attempt at monetizing young female fans better? Does being The Last Outlaw mean that there are no more horses and thus he must ride Unicorns instead?
In a world where there is no civilization, only one man can keep things civilized.
It's 2098 AD. Earth has been through many nuclear revolutions over the past 50 years. Except for scattered people in far corners of the earth, the human race has been exterminated. Horses are extinct, so of course unicorns have taken their place. When man is threatened by the mutant beasts created by biological warfare, there is only one hero that can save them...
THE LAST OUTLAW.
Coming to theaters this Summer from WWE Studios.

Come on, this makes him a hundred times more awesome, and he was already pretty damn awesome.

Maybe I'm being "don't get the joke guy"
But the thing you’re mistaking for a horn is the horse’s ear.

Fabulous.
Well, almost. On close inspection it seems to just be a horse with a Taker symbol on its forehead. That said, I’m disappointed; I thought we finally had a way to connect the Undertaker to Legend.
Speaking purely cosmetically, this design reminds me of the absurdly metal Josh Barnett shirt: “Death is the currency of victory”, with Barnett perched on a bloody throne, gripping a giant hammer, surrounded by corpses.

Not really sure where the unicorn thing came from but still a truly bizarre shirt.

Horse is meant to be part skeletal
Like the horse you’d expect Death, the Horseman of the Apocalypse to ride. It’s not that odd a shirt. I think you’d only see a unicorn if you already have a My Little Pony fixation.
A Horseman of the Apocalypse was the intention, definitely. Though I think the horse may be wearing armor. Either way, it just looks like a Magic: The Gathering card to me.
3/3
First Strike.
All damage dealt to the "The Last Outlaw" is reduced to zero.

Is there really a reason for this, other than a marketing gimmic to sell shirts/make money?
Seriously, that nickname blows.

I guess he came out to “Ain’t No Grave” at the SmackDown tapings I hope that song isn’t permanent. I like it but I love his other song for him.
Disagree, that song is a significant change for the better. I was really disappointed to see that he basically had the exact same boring character when he returned last week.
A theme change ain’t enough, but at least it’s something.
