The Fayetteville Observer reported earlier today that Jeff Hardy's drug hearing was postponed yet again until March 21st when his lawyer called in sick. The timing of this latest development in Hardy's epic legal saga raises some eyebrows. Maybe this unexpected "coincidence" explains why TNA ignored all common sense to rush their World title back on Hardy? One gets the sense that Jeff and his lawyer are purposefully making things as difficult as possible for the Moore County Superior Court, maybe hoping by doing so that they'll cave in to some of their plea bargain demands.
