That was awesome! (clap clap clapclapclap): Shane McMahon's elbow drop off the TitanTron

Photo

We've already highlighted Shane McMahon once before and you can be sure we will do so again before I run out of awesome wrestling moves to write about.

I'm not exactly sure why -- and if anyone can enlighten me, I'll be forever grateful -- Shane O'Mac decided to step inside the ring when he did and what came over him that convinced him jumping off the top of a giant JumboTron was a good idea but hey, without that, I would be typing this today.

"Money" was embroiled in a feud with his daddy Vince McMahon when Shane purchased World Championship Wrestling (WCW) right out from under Vince's nose. They wrestled at WrestleMania X7 with the son besting the father. Not content to lose -- is he ever? -- Vince essentially got The Big Show to take care of his spawn for him at Backlash 2001.

That's when we saw what is known as the "Leap of Faith," thanks to McMahon's sign of the cross.

Per WVPiratesfan's request, here ya go.

Star-divide

That's one crazy, rich, white boy!

Shane was great, always brought it!

Too bad he’s not around, he had “it” in wrestling.

God is fake, guns are good, and people are crazy.

No Lie

When I first saw that, I marked out so hard. The fact he was willing to do that on his own made it even more awesome

Same here

I was lucky enough to be in attendance for it. That video does not do justice to how insane the crowd went when that happened.

Gotta give him a lot of credit

Did crazy things not seen anywhere outside backyard wrestling, with the kicker being he never needed to, given who he is.

So...

Why isn’t Shane running the company instead of Trips? I mean he’s the guy’s true son and he obviously was willing to do ridiculous things to put over the product and didn’t bury half the roster in the process.

Because he got tired of it.

Forget it Donny, you're out of your element.
